This full time position will involve participation in all phases of design and project management as well as production of complete sets of construction documents and construction details as needed for design of large-scale commercial projects. Person must be capable of managing primary aspects of studio operation and employees for a variety of projects. Proficient in detailing and organizing construction documents and acquainted with all phases of design and construction. Long term growth opportunity.
At least 15+ years of experience. Set-up and maintain CAD drawings for each project. Project scheduling and management for a variety of projects. Production of schematic, design development and construction documents, including construction details. Meeting and coordination with client and consultants. Knowledge and implementation of Codes. Manage production, design staff and consultants. Strong oral and written communication skills. Overseeing and Managing Construction Administration
