SENIOR ARCHITECTS/PROJECT MANAGERS: description

This full time position will involve participation in all phases of design and project management as well as production of complete sets of construction documents and construction details as needed for design of large-scale commercial projects. Person must be capable of managing primary aspects of studio operation and employees for a variety of projects. Proficient in detailing and organizing construction documents and acquainted with all phases of design and construction. Long term growth opportunity. Overseeing and Managing Construction Administration

Requirements:

• 15 years minimum of experience on architecture projects including 5 years in leadership role (Job Captain minimum).
• Proven experience leading teams while managing complex projects.
• Proficiency in the use of 2D/3D software, including Revit, AutoCAD ensuring compliance with office standards.
• Knowledge of materials, construction techniques, and building codes.
• Strong organizations skills and the ability to work on multiple projects at the same time.
• Ability to provide a thorough set of construction documents from schematic through construction administration and work with team in a studio setting.
• Detail oriented, efficient, adaptable to changing deadlines and priorities.
• State Licensure and LEED accreditation is a plus but not required. Bachelors' Degree in Architecture.

Large Scale Retail Experience A+. Master planning, shopping center development, lifestyle centers, open air centers and mall renovations. Some hospitality and miscellaneous projects. Must be able to produce high quality presentations and renderings.

Award winning architectural firm with strong large scale commercial portfolio. Currently seeking an architectural designer / illustrator / master planner. Master planning, shopping center development, lifestyle centers, open air centers and mall renovations. Some hospitality and miscellaneous projects. Must be able to craft high quality concepts, presentations and graphic support. Possess good communication skills and ability to be team oriented. Be enthusiastic and self-motivated. Able to contribute to quality and integrity of the product. Work with tight time frames and ability to manage multiple projects.

• Proficient in both hand drawings and architectural / graphic software
• Proficient in 3D / CG architectural visualization software
• Proficient in Sketch Up & Revit desired.

JUNIOR ARCHITECTURAL DESIGNER: description

Eager to work on Large Scale Commercial Projects. Master planning, shopping center development, lifestyle centers, open air centers and mall renovations. Some hospitality and miscellaneous projects. Must be able to produce high quality presentations and renderings. You will join a highly creative and dynamic team with direct involvement with all team members in a boutique studio environment. In this position you will utilize all your creative skills and design tools to collaborate in all facets of architectural design.

Responsibilities:
• Work with the Design Director(s) and project team (s) on conceptual designs, presentations, design development, and production.
• Coordinate with consultants, contractors, fabricators, and regulatory agencies to meet overall project objectives
• Resolve complex design issues with innovative and practical solutions
• Be innovative and take initiative to push yourself and those around you to be better. This is the design studio you’ve dreamed about!
• Produce graphic presentations, 3D renderings, and construction drawings
• Assist in managing client expectations, team communication and consultant coordination
• Contribute to office activities, initiatives, and learning programs

Requirements:
• 0-5 years of experience on architecture projects. Talented Graduates will be considered.

• Proficiency in the use of 2D/3D software, including Revit, SketchUp, AutoCAD, 3D Studio MAX, PhotoShop, InDesign and Illustrator. Understanding of 3D Studio Max and InDesign is a plus

• Strong graphic and visualization skills to communicate design ideas
• Bachelors’ Degree in Architecture
